No Minimum Orders: Some companies will add a fee for orders under a certain amount. Even if you just need one brush, Cardinal Brush doesn’t have any minimum order charges.
Fewer Back Orders: We understand that back orders mean waiting – not just for you but for your customer. We monitor our inventory carefully and make sure that popular products are always in stock. If you notice that demand for a certain product is picking up, let us know so we can make sure to get it on the shelf.
Hassle Free Ordering: We can accept your order via phone, fax, or email. If you don’t have our part number, just use the OEM part number and we’ll take it from there. Invoices are e-mailed the next morning along with any tracking numbers and freight charges so you know it’s on the way.
No Shipping Cut-Off Times: Cardinal Brush understands that sometimes your customer needs a product right at the last minute. While other companies don’t ship after a certain time, we will do our best to meet any demand. If we have the product in stock and can get it ready in time, we ship it same day.
Free Freight: We know that shipping prices can add up. That’s why we pay the ground freight on any order of $1,200 or more.
Easy-To-Read Box Labels: Few things are more frustrating than getting a delivery and not being able to identify what has been shipped. That’s why we use professional labels that include Cardinal and OEM part numbers along with a product description, all in easy-to-read type in an easy-to-find location.
Plain Boxes: We know that when you ship products to a customer, you’d rather not have your supplier’s name all over the package. Cardinal Brush uses plain boxes so you can brand it with your own name or logo if you like.
